After receiving financing of $500,000 in a convertible loan from Flash in 2020, the Congolese startup Schoolap managed to repay all the capital raised with surplus and to recover its shares sold to Flash. Après avoir reçu un financement de 500.000$ en prêt convertible auprès de Flash en 2020, la startup congolaise Schoolap a réussi de rembourser tous les capitaux levés avec surplus et à recouvrir ses actions cédées à Flash. L’annonce est faite par Pascal Kanik, co-fondateur et Directeur Général de Schoolap, à travers un post sur le réseau social LinkedIn ce mardi 31 janvier 2023.
